Shipping Costs & Delivery & Returns
We ship our packages with DHL and DPD.
If no other period is specified in the item description, delivery within Germany will take place within 1 - 2 working days (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
No delivery to packing stations.
We do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Our colleagues are working flat out for you.
For deliveries outside Germany, delivery times vary as follows:
Austria: 2 – 4 working days
Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Denmark: 2 – 4 working days
Other EU countries: 3 - 5 working days
We try to make shipping our goods as cost-effective and environmentally friendly as possible.
Note: On promotional days, there may be delivery delays due to high demand. This averages a maximum of 5-7 working days for DE & AT and a maximum of 7-10 working days for all other countries. Thank you for your understanding.
Since we are still a small company, we have the following delivery conditions:
Germany, Austria: 2.95 € per package for orders between 0 € and 39 €
Free for orders over 39 euros
Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Denmark (mainland): 4.95 € per package for orders between 0 € and 39 €
Free for orders over 39 euros
Other EU countries & islands: 7.95 € per package for orders between 0 € and 69 €
Free for orders over 69 euros
Note: All damaged packages delivered by the parcel service must not be accepted. If the package is visibly damaged and is still accepted, we do not provide a guarantee. In the event of a reshipment due to incorrect information provided by the customer or due to an erroneous order, we reserve the right to charge a return fee retrospectively. The fee can be up to 10 €.
Should an order with a value of more than 40€ be completely returned to us, we also reserve the right to charge a return fee retrospectively. The fee here is also up to 10 €.

Note on returns: Return costs are to be borne by the customer. Opened products cannot be refunded due to hygiene regulations. Please note that we can only accept goods that are in their original, unused, and unopened condition. This is especially true for products sold as part of a bundle // savings package // promotional box. If you open or use a product from a bundle, this may result in the entire bundle no longer being returnable as it is no longer in its original condition. For proper returns processing, please register this in advance via the email info(@)xtrafuel(.)de.
