What does the "Feel the Difference" guarantee mean?

Our Feel the Difference Guarantee is an expression of our confidence in our products' ability to support your personal goals. This guarantee gives you the freedom to use our products for 100 days. If you do not feel the desired progress towards your individual goals during this period, we will offer you a refund of the purchase price.

Warranty terms and conditions of the XTRA FUEL “Feel the Difference” guarantee

• 100-day usage period: This period is critical to your experience with our products. We want to give you enough time to evaluate the effects of our supplements in relation to your personal health and fitness goals. The 100 days offer you the opportunity to experience and evaluate the positive changes yourself.

• Returns: We understand that sometimes not every product is right for everyone. Therefore, we accept returns of partially used products. However, if you have purchased multiple packs of the same product, such as as part of a bundle, we ask that you only open one pack. This allows you to test the product without having to use all the packs. If you decide to return the product, we will only accept the return if only one of the packages has been opened.

• Warranty Exceptions: Please note that some products may be excluded from this guarantee. This usually includes items that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as certain food items, merchandise, shipping costs or specially made products. The guarantee claim is also void due to product taste and/or consistency. In addition, heavily discounted items purchased during sales are excluded.

• Return costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. We recommend sending the return using a trackable method to ensure that it reaches us safely.

• Refund procedure: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund. Please note that the refund will include the purchase price minus the original shipping costs. The refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering and will take approximately 14 days.

• Limitation of Warranty: This warranty is limited to one use per customer. It is intended to give you the opportunity to try our products risk-free, but it is not intended to be a recurring option.

• Right of withdrawal: In addition to our guarantee, your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days remains unaffected. This means that, regardless of our Feel the Difference Guarantee, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
